Sheila Harding
CEO / Founder
Sheila Harding, CEO and Founder of Harding Digital, has a rich legacy in leadership, drawing from a family of esteemed engineers, and designers. With nearly 33 years of diverse experience across film, television, stage, web, and XR development, she has been a pioneer in these fields. Her early career featured notable roles, including "Baby Ed" on The Roseanne Show for 3 seasons and screen appearances as the "Michelin Tire Baby". Sheila's journey also includes a successful dance career, where she owned dance studios and choreographed for tours and musical theatre, including work in Las Vegas and also hosting on some of the largest cruise ships in the world. At 13, Sheila taught herself web design and programming, eventually founding OKC Web Design Company, which led to the founding of Harding Digital Agency. Throughout her career, she has developed over 200 projects, helping launch ventures across the U.S., Canada, and Bermuda, with an emphasis in entertainment and technology, including work building interactive maps and NFTs. By this point, her passion for motion capture and adoration of her father's work in flight simulation led her to study Virtual Reality at The University of Advancing Technology, where she founded the Virtual Reality Student Organization. She then earned the Virtual Citizenship Award in 2022. As an innovative entrepreneur and mentor, Sheila now leads Harding Digital, pioneering augmented reality storytelling technology across the American Landscape.
Victor Robles | Head Developer
Victor Robles, who served as Vice President and Co-founder of the Virtual Reality Organization at the University of Advancing Technology, became an expert in XR development through profound experiences in the United States Military. His journey in VR began during his service, igniting a passion that led to a specialization in VR game development. Victor’s experience in programing and design combined with his innovation in features like "Real-Time Molding," and his extensive experience in programming extended reality games, make him an invaluable asset to our AR app development team.
Nick Treadway | 3D Artist / Frontend Developer
Nick Treadway, an AR/VR expert has worked with top-tier organizations like Harvard, Bon Jovi, and Riot Games. He has been pivotal on the beta floor for key XR development software. Specializing in AI, deep learning, and cutting-edge XR technologies, Nick excels in Unity XR development, Meta XR SDK, and 3D modeling with Blender. His expertise in C#, JavaScript, and React Native, combined with his focus on continuous delivery and innovation, makes him a crucial part of any tech-driven team. Outside of his work with us, Nick is a prominent contributor in the Meta Horizons space.
Thomas Ardavany | Artistic Director
Thomas Ardavany is an accomplished writer and director with over three decades of experience in film and theater, having penned 20 feature films, hundreds of shorts, and directed 13 films, including two features. His stage work is equally impressive, with four full-length plays directed, one of which earned him a Best Director Award for Miguel Pinero's Pulitzer Prize-winning play "Short Eyes." As the founder of the Ardavany Approach to On-Camera Mastery, he has coached numerous actors to deliver their most powerful performances. Thomas also has extensive experience working with actors in metaverse-like environments and boasts an impressive network of voice actors, enhancing his ability to create immersive, dynamic characters across various media.
Chris Downs / OKC Web Design Company | Marketing Director
Chris Downs brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, ranging from working as a personal marketer for high-profile clients to serving as one of the first project managers for Live Nation event social media accounts. Known for his sharp wit and versatility, Chris is a skilled project manager for large-scale marketing campaigns. He is also Sheila Harding’s business partner in a joint marketing and press venture, serving clients across the United States, Canada, and Bermuda in marketing, web development, and public relations. Chris plays a key role as Sheila’s right-hand man, managing a talented team of over 20 professionals, including developers, designers, optimizers, and copywriters in a separate company “OKC Web Design Company” dedicated to great press strong digital marketing and intuitive web design.
Bill Vivino | Backend Developer
Coming off a stint working for NASA, Bill Vivino developed a mobile AR app displaying satellite data in AR as a head back-end engineer. Showcasing his expertise in Unity XR and iOS/Android platforms. An accomplished AR/VR producer and CTO, Bill has a proven track record in software development, co-founding two iOS startups and earning the Robert H. Goddard Award for his contributions to AR/VR applications. With advanced programming and backend, Bill’s technical prowess and entrepreneurial spirit make him a key asset to any development team.
Dr. Trey Olen Lee | Consultant
Dr. Trey Olen Lee, with a Ph.D. in Geography and Environmental Sustainability from the University of Oklahoma, specializes in integrating Augmented and Virtual Reality into spatial learning and wayfinding. His impressive academic background includes a Master’s in Geographic Information Science & Technology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s in Strategic Communications from Oklahoma State University. Trey’s expertise spans advanced spatial data collection, 3D modeling, and GIS technologies. He has a strong track record in developing and validating tools for spatial navigation and resource simulation, leveraging technologies like Unity, and Google Earth Engine. His research has been presented at major conferences and published in esteemed journals.
Jim Haugen / Seattle patent Group | Attorney
Jim Haugen, a recognized Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters from 2019 to 2023, is the founder of Seattle Patent Group, located next to the Microsoft campus. With over 15 years of experience as a developer at Microsoft, where he also served as a patent attorney, Jim has a unique blend of technical and legal expertise. His profound knowledge in software development and patent law makes him a huge asset to clients seeking intellectual property protection.
